I use this before and after I cook in my cast iron and also when I season the cast iron inside the oven. Keeps the surface smooth and non-stick. Grapeseed oil has one of the highest (if not THE highest) smoke point temperatures.If you’ve never tried it on your cast iron, give it a whirl. I’ve used crisco, olive oil, tallow and other oils, but this is the best.

It's fantastic for so many things. We use it a lot for massages, and it glides on really nicely without feeling sticky. I use this all of the time. It is very moisturizing but does take a long time to seep into the skin, so if feeling greasy bothers you it might not be a great product for you!

Nice light oil. Great for mature skin with a tendency to being dry

Great clean product, use it as a base for a mix of lotion and grape seed oil. Did leave skin feeling filmy or dried out.

While the oil is just fine, I was hoping it would actually absorb into my skin. It does not. Delivered promptly.

Mild fragrance. I use it as body oil, it absorbs vell well and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. I will be repurchasing
