Q: What happened to your packaging? 1/4 of the bottle spilled in the box... will this be fixed or should I look for another supplier?

No, they do not fix this problem. I had the same thing happen and they sent me an email back as if they would do something and then ignored further emails. They also won’t give bonuses of things they’re supposed to. I have bought four different items from them and they don’t seem to be reputable. I’m done.
