A highly functional multi-tasker
My main purpose for this pot was to cook rice. It functions really well for that purpose as well as cooking meat and heating up packaged food. Since the pot is multi-layered, it doesn’t burn the food as the heat transmits all over evenly. It was worth every penny!

Excellent tool
I use the Hario pot for cooking brown rice.It’s excellent. You can hear it’s whistle when the rice is ready, then just turn off the heat and steam for 20 minutes!
