These are perfect for pain relief of strained or sprained muscles. My IReliev tens unit was exactly what I needed to deal with a recent muscle spasm. These stuck well to the skin without slipping or causing any skin irritation. I always make sure I have some of these pads on hand. I got this unit for my wife for chronic pain! I tried it as well and the unit works well in that it relaxes and distracts from muscle pain. The kit includes enough pads and lead wires to last for sometime. Battery life is good! would recommend for what it is designed for.

I had major back surgery in 2011. An anterior lumbar interbody fusion! Tons of pain, recovery and PT. I am over the moon to find this device and I've used it three times since yesterday when I received it. The tens mode is my favorite and using this device is very easy. Excellent manual for use, and the paper for a quick read outlines everything you need to do in what order. I do wish the carrying bag was a bit bigger.
