Awesome Space Lego set
I bought this as a present & my son loved it. Great parts & minifigures & the usual Lego high quality parts. Worth every penny.

Fun nostalgia
Although aimed at younger builders this set is a lot of fun any representation of classic lego space is always welcome the car model is good nice and simple to put together but the highlight is the mini space cruiser and mini figures which although fairly simple to build look superb. I especially enjoy the way a small buggy fits in the rear of the spaceship harking back to the great sets from the 1970s.

You had me at blue and grey...
A shame this 4+ set (formerly “Lego juniors” age range) is almost the only way to get Lego in the ‘Classic Space’ vein nowadays. (There’s also ‘Benny’s Space Squad’ but the vehicles in that are tiny.) The youngest Lego fan in our house is a bit old for junior lego, but still loves the “space cruiser” and buggy. The Emmet-related stuff is a bit “Meh,” and we’d rather not have to pay for it, just to acquire space Lego. In fact, we’d rather have classic space minifigs as well, because how many Bennys does one house need? But for the first time in decades, you can buy a blue-and grey spaceship. Spaceship! SPACESHIP!

Good play kit for kids
I sent this to a charity as part of their Xmas give to deprived kids scheme. I am told it is perfect for the child who got it as its easy to build and fun to play.

Bought as a present, they really enjoyed it at age 7. Anything younger and I think it would be too fiddly.
