Bought this for my son as he insisted on a gel infused memory foam pillow. I knew it would probably be too high for him, but decided to use it instead, if so. However, the pillow is not only thick as expected, but it is not soft either. Thought I'd get used to it after a few days, but couldn't, as it hardly compresses when you put your head on it. Now unable to return as I have already used it. Would recommend this only for someone who wants a high & relatively firm pillow.

Nice product

I bought this pillow after seeing some positive reviews and was looking forward to using it. Was disappointed with the product received. There was no packaging confirming the brand name of the pillow. Just an ordinary plastic see through cover with cello tape which looked like someone had already unpacked the original product / it was a return from another customer. After unpacking it and leaving it overnight I found one side remained flat and the other side regained its thickness. This convinced me it was a defective piece I received so promptly returned it.

I used to have frequent stiff neck and shoulders with the old (foam/feather) pillows and after switching to this MemoryFoam-based pillow, I haven't got them so far. Quite happy for this purchase

I really love the pillow, it works for me who can't use just any pillow.. i stop complaining about my neck pain and headache after waking up.. recommended for anyone who had problems like me
