Exceptionally good with a learning curve
Exceptional product, one of the only that actually lasts in high traffic areas like floors. It is not easy to work with - it’s basically very sticky paint, not a slurry/peanut butter consistency like actual grout. That means it will get everywhere and you’ll have a lot of scrubbing to do. The results are worth the effort though. If you’re doing large format tiles, save yourself some trouble and just mask off everything except the grout line with tape but if you’ve got lots of little tile or mosaics then skip the tape and send it. For cleanup, I found I saved a ton of time with baby wipes and mr clean magic eraser instead of just water and a sponge. Lay it down (I use a silicone caulk spatula), get it worked into the grout joints, let it sit 20 mins, give the top of the tile a gentle pass with the baby wipes to soften the dried excess and then hit it with the magic eraser. I use the grooved ones to avoid digging into the grout joints, just be careful not to press too hard and drag it out of the joints. Practice a few times before tackling a big section. If you have a porous surface like honed natural marble, it will soak into the pores. Seal the tile before applying the grout refresh! The part you really want to know is whether it lasts - my marble mosaic bathroom floor with white cementitious grout had its lines constantly turned orange from dead skin, moisture and general wear. I applied this 6+ months ago and it still looks brand new. Zero complaints and it’s the only paint style option I’ve ever used that lasts like this. It also seals the existing grout nicely and makes it less prone to collect gunk.

Use the proper brush that does not over lap the grout joint
This product works, don't apply directly to the grout joint, place a small amount on a (paper plate) dip brush and apply to joint GET THE PROPER BRUSH

Amazing product!
We bought our brand new (just built) house in October of 2021 and lately, we noticed our shower had been getting so disgusting and moldy. We couldn’t figure out why because we cleaned it all the time and left the door open sometimes to let it air out. We think they maybe didn’t use waterproof products but who knows… we finally decided to rip out the moldy caulk and give it a really good scrub down and re-caulk it. (We used the same brand of caulk as this product. We bought it from Lowe’s). Then our plan was to use a grout pen on the grout but after buying 2 different color grout pens from Amazon, I just wasn’t happy with the color of either and I thought it looked cheap. I finally found this product and realized it was the same Brand and exact same color (Bone) as the caulk we had used so I bought it and I’m so glad I did because the color is perfect and it transformed our shower! I will say, I found the best way to apply and wipe it off for me was to spread it on the grout with a brush and let it dry for about an hour or two and then scrape off the excess with a heavy duty metal paint scraper (got ours from Ace Hardware). I also used one of those green, thin Scotch more abrasive sponges (dry) so rub off the rest of the excess. It gets messy and took me an entire afternoon and evening to do that to the whole shower but in the end I love how it turned out! I found that wiping the excess off with a paper towel like the instructions said also removed the grout paint from the grout lines so I decided to just let it dry and use the scraper and sponge. Hope this review helps some of you!

Test of Time
I tried using a grout cleaner to clean my kitchen floor tile grout. It didn't work at all (I think the contractor neglected to seal the tile when he put it in just a year ago). Anyway, I couldn't stand the look of the dirt and grime so I searched around and came across this product. I was skeptical since the grout cleaner didn't work. I did a small area and liked what I was seeing, so I completed the entire kitchen. I have been reading many reviews from people who are unhappy with the product (and I'm hoping its only because they applied it incorrectly). I am keeping my fingers crossed that this holds up for a good while. Even though the product says its also a sealer, I intend to seal the grout just to be on the safe side and help it last longer. I only gave 4 stars because its only been about 12 hours and of course it looks good. I'll update this after 6 months.

Just do it! Quick refresh until budgeting new floors.
We have 30 year old tile & grout which is dark and yucky, no matter how much I cleaned it never looked clean to me. I was about to cover the floors with linoleum tile, when I found this product and decided to try it in our bathroom.I was too eager to get started to grab a before picture. But got a few during and included a picture of our kitchen which has the same title, I’ll be tackling that project next when I have the time to dedicate. Color is “white”The small bathroom took about 1.5-2hrs. I cleaned the grout first, then painted it on, and cleaned off the edges. As other reviews have stated, I worked in sections, allowing it to dry a bit before wiping it of the tile edges with a wet cloth and sometimes scrapping dry paint off with my fingernails. It was easy, looks great, quick “fix” until we can budget new floors ;)
