Food stays CRISPY
This product is Amazing! I used a plastic bag to coat my shrimp. Each piece was coated and there wasn’t any slimy residue from the buttermilk I used before. The shrimp fried to perfection. I mixed it with the sauce and it was still crisp the next day after being in the fridge overnight soaking in the sauce.

Poor coating
I saw this used on America's Test Kitchen as a gluten free coating for pork chops. They described it as very crispy, so I ordered some. I got thr coarse version as recommended. Its very powdery, leaving a dusty coating all over the kitchen. It absorbed the oil massively. It is more hard than crisp. It does stick well. Has no flavor. I had to work very hard to get it to absorb and fry all over. It left areas that remainer white and dusty. Overall a poor choice. Crushed Rice Checks works best. The remainder is going into the compost

I actually made good Chinese takeout at home
Wow , it’s crunchy and stays crunchy even after I added sauce. This allowed be to have a very crispy coating on my chicken and it was a hit !!! Even with picky eaters in my home, that find something wrong with everything….. I mean everything. It was a hit !! Try it

Grainy
I didn't try to use it yet.I have two issues with this product:It looks very grainy, and starch should be very light. Also expiration date Is printed on sticker which attached to plastic wrap. On starch bag itself there is no expiration date.
