Q: wheere is this grown, produced and processed?

Good question. I have looked everywhere possible to try to find out where they harvest their lemon balm with no success. Even on their website, they do not directly say which country the lemon balm is harvested. The packaging location is only where the product is packaged and not an indication of the source of the product. You may have to call the company directly.

Q: does anyone no if this is caffeine and gluten free?

I know it's caffeine free but I don't know about the gluten free part.

Q: This is a question for the manufacturer: do you wash the tea leaves before you dry and package it into the tea bags? do you use chlorinated water?

This is a reasonable question. It would be nice if someone were to provide a reasonable answer. 4 years later and still waiting...?
