Stop smoking!
Quickmist really helps to stop any cravings. So easy to use, discreet and no being banished to outside areas! If you want to stop smoking, give this a go, maybe along with lozenges or other aids. Professional support is also extremely helpful.

The berry flavour not to my taste.
It's a good product but not IMHO the best way to quit. Patches are more effective for actually quitting but these are great nicotine delivery devices AMD much more subtle than a vape. Avoid the berry flavour, mint would be my recommendation.

Over 7 months in and haven't smoked at all
The best method I've tried bar none. Smoke free for over 7 months. Still keep one of these on me when drinking but can take it or leave it. A real life saver...literally.
