Q: Can I use 3 of these to hang something that is 600#?

I don't recommend it. You'll need 5-6 people to help lift something that heavy and it will be extremely difficult to place the round part of the hanger on the 600# object. I see a disaster in the making, if you try this.

For something that heavy, best to hook each ring directly to the wall. That can be tricky, to line up the rings and hooks while lifting 100 pounds.
