Does this product come with English instructions or only Russian like the picture shows?

The box is only in Russian. I honestly don’t remember and English insert but seem to remember pictures that made sense. Also you can find a video on YouTube that does a good job too. The device helped me some after a severe respiratory failure two years ago to rehab my breathing faster than other options.

Hello, When you breathe in through the nose you follow the breath to the tummy while expanding stomach Hold for a few seconds and slowly exhale through the nose pulling the stomach in while letting the breath out. I found it helpful to put my hand on my stomach while breathing in and also out. I also purchased "How To Use Frolov Breathing Device" by Artour Rakhinov That is a Great read Hope this helps.
