I am a current WHOOP member, does my historical data transfer to my new WHOOP device?

Yes! After you purchase your device, you'll just need to complete a pairing process to activate. All of your historical data will be transffered to your new device!

Can I use a 4.0 band on my new device?

No, WHOOP 5.0 and MG aren’t compatible with 4.0 bands. They're designed with a new size and upgraded hardware, so you’ll need bands made specifically for these devices for proper functionality.

I am a current WHOOP Member on 4.0 downgrading to One, what happens to my features that I have on 4.0?

If you purchase WHOOP One, you’ll retain all your historical data, but access to features exclusive to WHOOP Peak or WHOOP Life will be disabled. If you upgrade again in the future, those features will be restored.

How can I charge my WHOOP One device?

You can use the included Basic Charger or purchase the new Wireless PowerPack separately. Please note that the 4.0 Battery Pack will not work on your new device.

How do I pair my WHOOP One device?

Unpair your 4.0 in Device Settings. Wake your WHOOP by sliding on a charger. Open the app, go to Device Settings>Advanced>Pair a Device, & follow the in-app steps. Blue LED on your device means it's ready to pair.
