Can anyone recommend this for a full color change on the plastics inside a truck? I would be getting new seats but all the plastic would be painted.

I can recommend as I recently did my TJ Jeep. However, follow the directions closely and get the adhesion also. My interior was a Tan color and I wanted the Black Satin color. I did replace a few parts with the black finish (got on eBay), particularly for those parts that get hit and knicked a lot, since I knew I would have to touch it up more frequently, but overall was pleased with the change, really brought a different look to the jeep! Although more time consuming, I took my door panels out, center console out and dash out by piece, painted everything separately, then reassembled, to get all the hard to reach areas. It was a full weekend project from start to finish, but really happy with look, and everything blends together. It took me 5 cans, as I double coated everything for solid coverage. Hope this helps!

I don't think so...is thin like spray paint.
