The product just stopped working out of no-where. The auto-off feature by the company was taken so seriously that the product is now off forever. How can such an important device that is asked for super calibration be so badly designed and made? So one star for working for a few days!

packing Style
hello,your instrument is good as pr price and description but there is little problem with the packing style from the supplier.the box of instrument is in very week condition. there is 2-3 damage on the box and there is abuse word Written inside the box on thermocol cover like ''BAD BOYS'' and other one with ball point pen, this is not acceptable when the order is placed from amazon business account.Other is the plastic case of balance is little damage which is attended by some glue material.(As shown in photo) this is also not acceptable.
