Here’s my verdict after 3 days of use:GET. IT. **Photos of size; water bottle for perspective and the intial quick eater in question**If you have a loved pet who just scarfs, inhales, will choke or throw up from eating too fast, however you want to put it; Buy one of these. I got the small size as our girlies are fed in incraments throughout the day. 7am, 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm. I got this for my girl Clair as she is KNOWN to just not even chew and make herself throw up she eats so fast. We’ve thought about slow feeders before and she Was given one of those puzzle feeders… she solved that in under 15 seconds 🤦🏼‍♀️ I put this bowl to use the SECOND we got it delivered and it has Drastically slowed her down to a normal eating pace. She ‘savors’ her meals if you will now. And for whatever reason, our good eater girl has begun to completely scarf down her food for reasons unknown. I Will be buying another slow feeder for her considering just tossing it on the ground to try slowing her down is not the method I would like.5/5 10/10 love this product. Depending on the size dog bowl you have it may fit in the bottom perfectly or snug, while others may make it difficult to be placed inside at all.

I got the green one. It works great! My puppy is only 4 months old and I feed him 3 times per day and he always gobbles up his food as fast as he can. I put a coffee mug in his bowl to try to slow him down til this arrived and that only slowed him down by about 20-30 seconds. It takes him a few minutes to get all of his food out of the grooves, which are fairly deep but not very wide. Even with his little puppy tongue, he can't get the food out very fast. Great bowl!

The bowls arrived as advertised. The packaging, however, is completely obnoxious. The paper covering was affixed to the bowls with the highest grade glue possible. It took me about an hour of elbow grease, a half bottle of Goo Gone, and a full dishwashing cycle for the bowls to be free of sticker residue.

Helps slow down my dog when she eats. If my other dog gets a hold of it then he chews the bowl. So I have replaced this 3 times. It's worth it for the price. I have a Jack Russell mix and her mouth fits fine to get all the food. Easy to clean, I wash it with soap, water, and sponge. There is no suction on the bottom so it can slide but is not an issue for us.

Works great for my 2 month old Bernedoodle! He kept getting hiccups from eating too fast, so I bought this one to use as he grew. I was a bit nervous that it would be too big for him, but he’s able to eat his food with only about 5 pieces left in the bowl. At first he did whine a bit and even walk away from the bowl. But once he realized that was the only way he’d get his food he’d learned how to eat from it very quickly. He would inhale his food in a minute, but now he is able to take his time. And no more hiccups!

This product gets better the longer you use it. I have been training Charles with this controlled “slow feeding” bowl for a year now.Number one, it is durable. He likes to chew and it still looks like new.It took him from wolfing down a feeding in 18 seconds to 50 seconds right away. Now, cause dogs are smart like that, he takes three minutes to get it all down. Substantial difference.Cleans easy in the dish washer. I only feed 3/4 cup, but it could easily fit 1.5 cups.Highly recommend.

Item is great. Really slowed my dog down. That being said, the medium CANNOT fit two cups like advertised. It can barely fit one cup of kibble and I add water so it’s treacherous journey from the sink to his mat. It’s a lot smaller than I expected, looks like it’s fit for a Corgi rather than a German Shorthaired Pointer. I’ll keep it since I’ve used it and cut the packaging off but I am a little annoyed about the small size. SIZE UP!!
