Q: How many grams of caffine?

Not sure but as a retired trucker it is just enough. No heart palpitations or stomach acidity. Try it you'll like it. Or wait for a scientist for an analysis 😜.

Q: Is the grind good enough for moka stove pot since i don't have french press or drip???

I find the recommendation on the package confusing! If you do a little research you will find the “experts” generally recommend a fine grind for espresso, medium grind for drip and coarse grind for press!! I have several Bialetti pots. Bialetti states in their directions to use a medium/fine grind. The grind of this coffee leans well toward fine so it does very well in a moka pot!!

I don’t have and answer for that, but not every purchase has different offerings you would have to go through and see, if not cancel the order.
