Q: what size is the bag?

23x32x21 cm according to the tag that came with mine. It is quite large. A hair straightener fits easily and it is tall enough to accommodate full size bath/body products without having to put them on their sides.

Q: Does this come with any extra items inside?

It has a nice adjustable strap, detachable small makeup bag, mirror and it has pockets for smaller items.

Q: Can anyone post a photo of how much this case holds? I am specifically looking for if it fits full size spray deodorant, face creams, and all!

Yes, a full-size spray deodorant will fit. Without the divider: I have been able to fit a hair dryer, flat iron, 8 oz body sprays, multiple products in jars (ranging from 2-5 oz), comb/brushes, etc. I was surprised with how much I was able to fit inside. With the divider: I can carry my hair dryer, flat iron, one 8-oz body spray, and travel-size products e.g. shampoo, lotion, and mouthwash.
