The box doesn't say or show anything about latex. Only warning on the box was not for children under 3 due to small parts. Made in China - so not sure how much they have to state?

Q: Could these be thrown hard against the wall without damage?

It Shouldn’t damage the wall, but throwing the balls hard against a hard surface will likely damage the ball :-) they also are made of that soft foam petroleum smelling rubber. It’s not silicone but sort of that texture. Anyhow. It degrades rapidly and we already have tossed the ones we got out or they broke because someone squeezed them too hard. They are fine for party favors, but if you are looking for sturdy sensory toys these aren’t suitable for that.
