Q: What's the difference between the British blend and the traditional?

British blend approximates the taste of tea sold in the UK. It is a smoother, richer taste compared to American brands and tastes good with milk added. Very different if you compare side-by-side. British blend teas taste best when steeped in a teapot (rather than just dunked in a mug for a few seconds) to allow all the flavor to be extracted. American-style teas are designed for dunking, but I find them bitter, and even unpleasant when milk is added.

Q: does it have caffeine in it?

There are a lot of variables, but in general, you can expect a cup of brewed black tea to have about half the caffeine as a cup of brewed Arabica coffee. Black tea has around 60 mg of caffeine per cup. Arabaca coffee has around 110 mg.

the only description on the box is black tea. does not mention a blend.the taste is great and the stain on teeth is less than other brands.

Q: Are these tea bags really $18 for 80 tea bags, i love Tetley tea bags but really $18 for 80 who would spend that much?

It appears the only Tetley British Decaf tea available is actually $13.99 for 40 tea bags!
