Took me a bit to figure out the best use. If you put 2 tbsp of the product in 1/2 cup of almond milk or milk or half and half and close the container and leave it overnight in the fridge then you get a nice chia pudding!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are quality chia seeds! I love to make chia seed pudding for breakfast by mixing 3 tablespoons of these chia seeds with 1 cup of coconut milk, refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast.

These chia seeds are great in granola bars, granola plus adding to cottage cheese pudding. I really like that you can grind them up to a powder plus adding to pudding and you don’t lose the creamy texture of the pudding.

A really good product, at a good price
These are great Chia seeds, and it's a really big bag at a good price. Very good for your body, lots of fiber and a important SuperFood. And I appreciate that they are organic.

An easy, affordable, high fiber ingredient.
Every morning I drink a 'fiber bomb' - teaspoon each of chia seeds, psyllium, oat bran, inulin, etc. I mix them in water, let them hydrate while I shower and shave, then drink them before I head out the door. Works just like you would hope it would. There are lots of good things in chia seeds besides just their fiber and bulk.
