Good value & works well.
I bought this to use just as an I.R. filter. I already have a P series filter holder. If you don't intend using the filter holder to hold square filters & are using it just to hold the I.R. filter cut off the square slots that hold the square filters. At wide angles you can see them!

This kit is your Best Buy on Amazon , as the Cokin 007 infrared filter on its own is £12 more also on Amazon .The full kit , holder + filter at £25 is a saving of £12 .There's no reason to buy the standalone filter !
