Q: Where is this product made?

I do not know but it works 75% . 25% of yokes break weak yokes Bowl type is better

Q: How does the clear "mouth" connect to the yellow bulb and are both parts dishwasher safe?

It has a lip that you "work" into the bulb. Not tough at all. I have no idea if it is dishwasher safe, but it's so small, I would be hesitant to do so. Just take it apart, give it a quick wash and put it together while wet - it's easier that way. This is the best of this type of separator I've tried. I use it weekly.

Q: Is the clear suction part plastic or silicone?

plastic ,but it will break weak yolks 10-25%

Q: Does this clean easy?

I rinse it out and throw it in the top rack of my dishwasher and I've never had a problem with it.
