Does this need to be refrigerated after opened?

yes,i refrigerate any open bottles of any sauce,so i do not know what P F Chang's suggest,,mine is in the frige,,its lovely on all pork,chicken as a marinade or to drizzle over a noodle dish,rice dish or veggies,,,love this sauce!

Is this a dipping sauce for homemade crab rangoons? tia. - pls don't reply if you do not know.

You could use it as a dipping sauce it’s fantastic. We use it in our stirfries

Is this the same sause that the potstickers come with?

I don't believe so,,i use Yoshidos terriyaki for potstickers,,i prefer that and use it also for marinade; this PF changs is also good for marinade or stir fry,but potstickers are a whole different texture,,it may work,,everyones taste is different,,i do not like duck sauce on my potstickers,,let us all know what you feel please

Perfection! Exactly As Expected! Just Buy It!!!

This was my first purchase of this product, and it was an immediate WOW! It was suggested when I was searching for a low sodium soy sauce, and the price was great, so I felt I wouldn't be losing anything by trying it. P.F. Chang is a trusted name. If you haven't eaten at their Restaurant, you really should check them out. Their Kung Pao sauce is exactly as we expected it to be. The sauce is thick and goes a long way (or use more if you love it like we do). It makes cooking at home easy and tasty. I love stir-fry and I make some pretty great sauces, but when I get in a rush, the flavor and top quality that this offers will be my new GO-TO sauce. It doesn't take much to add to any foods...even romaine. You can add cashews, sesame seeds, peanuts, etc. for eye and flavor appeal. I love "heat" and I feel this is in my medium range and can work for most people who enjoy a bit of spice in their food. If you enjoy it a bit more spicy, add a bit of Huy Fong Sriracha (Yum)! But I feel this will balance well for anyone who enjoys a Kung Pao sauce.P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Kung Pao Sauce goes a long way, and one bottle should last a while, but I am already returning to buy another one. Buy with confidence. Don't wait. Rich, tasty and thick

This sesame sauce should have at least a 10-Star rating! Yes, it's that good. I love hot Sesame Noodles and order a bowl every week and always wish there was more sauce (even when I request it). Now that I've found this treasure on Amazon I'll never have to wish again. This sauce is perfect! Rich, tasty and thick. I've already ordered another bottle so I won't have to worry about running out.

Disappointed!

Being that brown sugar is listed as the second ingredient I thought this sauce would be somewhat sweet. Nope. No sweetness at all and very garlicky! Disappointed!

Love this sauce

Love this stuff. Tastes good and has a bit of heat to it. I use it on both Italian and Chinese meals I make at home. Probably would be good on eggs or hashbrowns, too. I haven't tried that yet.
