I found these trainers inserts strange at first but decided to wear them in a pair of walking trainers that I have when I walk my dog approximately 5 km daily depending on the weather. I was very impressed with their effect on my feet and initially they feel as if you have a little sand in your trainers but my feet very soon got used to the undulations. I have had them and worn them around two months now and my feet don't ache at all after a few kilometres. I used to suffer with sore feet after a walk but now I don't. I bought a second set about a month ago and wear them in my slippers in the house. I love them !!!

Very comfortable. I put them in my work boots no issue's. Price was good too. Just waiting to see any long term difference.

The insoles are good value for money and hopefully do a good job as I have a few foot problems I have only had them in for one day and they are comfortable enough to wear

Fine for first week or so but then a couple of the pressure points have fallen off. They just come of on your socks.Was hoping to buy another set for other pairs of shoes unsure now.They are comfy to wear maybe I was just unfortunate.

Arrived promptly and safely and well packaged. Fitted my shoes OK with a little trimming. Early days to see how good they are. Will update you later.

So hard on feet ,wore for 1 hour then that was enough. Had to cut to fit shoe so now I can't return, bit of a gimmick, so please let people know they are nothing like they say
