You can mix the scoops as directed however, if you do not exercise regularly, the intake must me in control - preferred one or 2 times a day depending upon type of activities carried out physically.Helps gaining proper body structure along with proper diet plan.Also received a good quality shaker and good in taste once you shake well

Tastes amazing 🤤 and it helps me to gain weight but I wil suggest to buy the 2kg or 3kg pack bec6it only last for 10 days if you want a good improvement take it seriously for 2-3 month with a good diet and always take it with milk and banana 🍌 .
