Quality,Precision and Customer support
Excellent customer support for the installation. All materials were properly labelled and precisely cut and drilled. The Bolt and Nut for the roof mount will need to be purchased separately. And thats obvious as the user may install differently with Anchor bolts on the roof or by special bolt embedded in the concrete like what i did. The quality of the material is also good. Backleg is 6ft height, Front leg is 3 ft height, One Rafter is 14 ft (7ft *2 joined by a jointer).
