Excellent for Traveling
This product was perfect for international travel and a cruise. It holds a good charge and used for my phone and travel CPAP. Definitely recommend it for CPAP users going on a cruise.

Long lasting battery works great for travel
This is the second Portable Outlet CPAP battery I purchased for travel. I bought my first a few years ago and it works great. Runs my Resmed AirSense 10 Auto with slimline tube and heat set at 3 for over 8 hours and 27% better life left over. New in the box. Quick Amazon delivery. Recommend

Can't replace the battery
Can't replace the battery! When it goes bad, and it will, you have to buy a new unit. There are other products out there, for less, that do the same thing, with replaceable batteries. My battery lasted about 18 monthsDon't make the same mistake I did.Disclosure: I bought a now discontinued model. Can't review it. So, I am trying to educate folks on this one.

gets hot
even when fully charged and no load it runs warmer than other battery backups I have owned so so not eco friendly as extra heat wasted is wasted electricity. Came with no instruction manual - it can be found online. Was refurbished unit. My CPAP runs Ok with it. Have it propped up off the floor so air can circulate all around it to prevent it from overheating.

Customer service very responsive
The PO-160UPSv2 works as advertised. I did have a couple of questions about the unit and both were answered promptly by Scott. The unit can be left plugged in 24/7 and it does run a bit hot. They do offer a stand for about $15 that allows you to stand the unit upright for better cooling. I would recommend them to friends and family.
