These straps are perfect. Length is exactly what I need and the neoprene cushion is nice and thick for extra comfort.

The neoprene padding is pretty thick and stiff. I think it makes it harder to get the straps tight around your wrists and stay tight before you grab the bar. It also seems to dig in on the edges, and it seems like it might be a little more uncomfortable having it there in the long run than not having it. That being said, I don't have much experience with using them either way--I just wish I realized the padding was there when I bought them (there aren't any clear pictures of it), as I probably would have opted for the regular, more simple style.
