Great little fuse tray
Got this box for our own personal vehicles at the house, very convenient box to separate the fuses, box is small enough to fit in a kitchen drawer, trunk or behind the seat of your truck. Great to have floating around when in a pinch.

Connectors Are Poorly Molded, Might have to Shave Extra Plastic Off
Bought these to connect my dash cam to the power from the fuse box in my 2018 Honda Civic. These connectors fit but are very loose compared to the fuses they replaced this is because the molds are a little off. Using a knife I was able shave some extra plastic off and then they fit perfectly. It's unfortunate that they don't fit well right out the box but the fix was relatively simple. The biggest positive with this kit are the extra fuses that come with it.Assortment and Selection - 5/5Quality and Durability - 3/5

Great tool for adding electical additions to vehicle
Works good, no issues. Seems to be good quality...nothing was broken upon receipt. Added power to an electrical product in vehicle by tapping into an open port in my fuse box with this product. Just remember a few things:1) If you have an unused port in your fuse box, make sure you put a fuse in the bottom fuse holder port on this piggyback and then put a fuse into the top port which will be for your circuit. The product won't work if the bottom port is empty and a fuse is in the top port alone. Both have to be in.2) Always put a higher amp fuse in the bottom port and an equal to or lesser than amp fuse in the top (i suggest sticking with lower amp fuse for top). The top fuse cannot be greater in amperage than the bottom fuse. Find out the amount of amp fuse your circuit needs/recommends and put that in the top port. In the bottom, put in a higher amount. For example...the bottom may be 15amps...the top may be 10amps. I used 7.5 amps in the bottom and 5amps in the top for a switch...which doesn't need many amps.3) For any fuse port you are going to use, find out which side is the "IN" (power from 12v vehicle battery) and which is the "OUT" (that goes to your load/product). When you find out which side is "IN" (use a multimeter), that's the side that will get the metal pin located on the FLAT side of this piggyback. The flat side of this product should always be on the same side your 12v supply (IN) is coming into the fuse port.

This is the proper way to add a circuit to you fuse box
These fuse taps actually add a new properly fused circuit to your fuse box. Don't be fooled by cheaper knockoffs they often use unmarked fuses, may not be protecting the new circuit at all and are a PITA if they do blow. These have a spot for the old fuse to protect whatever it was protecting before and a new spot for the circuit you're adding. This makes it easy to use the proper fuse as indicated by the manufacturer. You did read the documentation right? The box of new fuses seems like a good mix of the most common fuse ratings. Well, they certainly covered my Toyota.Crimp joints seem solid and serviceable. Don't be a cheapskate and get a proper pair of crimpers, your pliers are don't a good job.

Good Build Quality
I ordered this to use with a Red Tiger F7N Dashcam Hardwire Kit. I wish the Red Tiger had quick connect Leads. I had to splice and crimp the Red Tiger Leads, but it was simple enough. Just make sure you know what type of fuses your vehicle uses. My Honda uses “Low Profile” Fuses. Yours might use “Mini” Micro” , etc.. just double check before you order.

Very hard to insert fuses
Fuses are very hard to insert into the slots. I ended up breaking three fuses before taking a fine flat tip screw driver and spreading the contacts so that I could insert/remove the fuses normally. The fuse remover tool that comes with the package is useless. You are better off using a pair of pliers. I do like the assortment of fuses, but the AMP rating on each fuse is hard to read. The list of contents on the plastic container shows the Amps and number of pieces for each fuse type. Would be nice if they also listed the color for each, which would make it easier to identify.
