Non-stick surface is great. Nicely made.
Very slick non stick. Great for frying eggs. Nicely made. Have not made crepes yet so don’t know if it’s too slippery for the batter to hold. Mostly bought for eggs, so I’m very happy so far with the non-stick surface. Hopefully others won’t overheat it and ruin the non-stick.

Well made, ceramic coated stainless steel.
This is a wonderful pan. I am in the process of changing my Teflon pans to ceramic coated pans for the purpose of healthier eating. I also favor stainless steel pans over aluminum pans. This pan has both. It is quality 18/10 stainless steel and has a good weight. It seems to be well made, and the price was reasonable.I would definitely recommend this pan.

Great for fresh crepes and tortillas
I use it to make crepes and tortillas. It works great. Just don’t get it super hot before pouring crepe mix on or it will burn. But non stick is awesome if you take care of it properly.

The worst pan after four uses
After 3-4 uses, this frying pan ceased to be non-stick and everything starts to stick and burn to it, although the temperature regime is the same and the recipe is the same. It looks like a deception by the manufacturer in the sense that they cover the surface with a cheap non-stick coating that is unstable and something collapses and it ceases to be non-stick. My opinion is this is the one of the worst frying pan.I'm tired of spending money and nerves to fry pancakes for breakfast. I made return

Large but tricky crepe pan
This is definitely a non-stick pan but very large for crepes. It is not simple to turn then over if you care to do so. Pouring any excess off is a bit of a challenge as the creme wants to slide out of the pan. As long as your batter is on the thin side, this will be a good pan to use.

Perfect non-stick pan
Finally I found the perfect non-stick pan I was looking for. It seems very good quality non-stick material. Handle and back is stainless steel. Handle does not get hot while using. Easy to clean. The thing I like the most it if you use the oil it does not stick to the corner like it does on hard anodize material. I have always have to toss it after one or two years. This seems like will last long.

Ceramic coating works very well
It’s a very large pan. I have used it several times and the coating is still all great.. it’s unusually heavy. So if you don’t want heavy skillet, then behave.

Pleasantly surprised
It's not often nowadays to expect good quality, but this crepe pan is wonderful. Heavy stainless clad with a non-stick surface, quality stainless handle so it can be used in the oven. More than I allowed myself to expect. The only disappointment was the "new" Amazon box design with a pull-tape that broke the instant I pulled it making a knife necessary and inevitable injuries. Amazon: I prefer good old-fashioned tape like you always used.
