Don't be fooled like I was. This item is not the complete GoPro dive protective housing kit "packaged for ecommerce" as specified in the listing, it is just the dive housing. Nothing else. It doesn't include the skeleton back door (although the listing specifically says that should be included), nor does it include the mounting buckle and thumbscrew that is shown in all the photos and that comes with the retail version of this product. It is just the housing. Nothing more, nothing less. Not even an plain unmarked box to put it in. Just the housing. Did I mention its just the housing with none of the other items that normally come with it?

Perfect replacement if you get a scratch on the lens portion of the housing especially if you are diving…. Accidentally got the tiniest scratch on my last diving trip and spent hours editing out the blurs… having a spare would have been amazing lesson learned will always pack one for future trips

it came with JUST the main housing, it was VERY simple packaging, which i kind of expected hence "E-Commerce Packaging". so, i double checked the entire listing, it DOES indeed say this"Includes a skeleton backdoor for improved audio capture [1] and easy access to the camera’s back touch screen"which mine was literally ONLY the main housing. i already tried jumping through some hoops to try and see if i could just get that skeleton backdoor sent, but... this is what i did and also put a review on the seller"GoPro Protective Housing (HERO11 Black/HERO10 Black/HERO9 Black) - E-Commerce Packaging:: mine did not come with a the "Included skeleton backdoor" called amazon, they told me to call gopro about it, called them, they told me to deal with amazon... not trying to return yet another item which is a 20 minute drive away to do so. figured i'd get the missing item sent to me instead of doing a return."due to recently having to return items from amazon lately, which was never much of a thing for me before and it's getting more frequent, but we don't drive that far out maybe once to twice a month for groceries. i'm getting tired of returning their mess ups to get what was described and listed.as another user mentioned the brackets that shows in the picture's, i didn't care that it didn't come with that since many things i've been coming across for gopro stuff use bracketed stuff in pictures a lot for propping and display, but they probably should say none of that is including as a precaution. but none of it comes with it unless it states it, but didn't see anything saying it came with anything else, i did order it at least expecting the main case and the skeleton door. as that's why i ordered it.not sure if anyone else who ordered this actually got the skeleton backdoor as this does state it is suppose to come with it...either way, at least i got the housing, seems to be perfectly fine and such. even though it was only shipped in a baggy and then amazon envelope, it showed up undamaged, had a protective film on the camera port of it, everything seems to be in order, haven't tested it underwater yet to make sure it's sealed, but close inspection indicates it's going to perform what's it's suppose to.

I was expecting simple e-commerce packaging, but as other reviews mentioned, neither the skeleton backdoor nor the mounting buckle and thumbscrew were included in the package. The only item I received was the main housing, as shown in the picture. It’s cheap for a reason. I’m still deciding whether to keep this item or not.

My Hero 10 Black fits in the case. Unfortunately, the case top latching mechanism seems really flimsy. You have to make sure you have both sides exactly engaged with the clear case back cover raised lip before rotating the black latch forward to lock. If you hear the latch making a "creaking" sound (like it could break), it means you don't have both sides properly engaged with the clear back panel.
