This works great. Gives relief. Not only do I use it on my knee, my daughter uses it on her arm/elbow and is able to sleep better. Great product. Easy to use. Durable.

This is easy to put on. The screen has big numbers and is easy to adjust both the heat and massage level. The heat is adjustable up to around 140 degrees fahrenheit. But it does not put a direct, intense heat on the knee, just a nice warmth. The massager is similar in that there are three different settings and when it is massaging, it's gentle. But for me, the massaging was hurting my knee - I need a knee replacement. So if my knee were just aching, I think this would be a great tool to use, but I have a lot of pain in my knee and this just hurts. It is rechargable, so it isn't attached to an electric cord, which I like. It stays charged for around 6 hours. Good product.

Stressed my knee with a ski fall this winter. Pulled muscles, after skiing I would put this on and it would alleviate the tenderness pretty quickly. A few of my friends have purchased this as well and the old knees get a nice boost after skiing with this massage heater well worth the price. I’ve also used it on the shoulders as it is very versatile.

Works great. In fact, it works better than the description; the product info states that the battery lasts 70 minutes but when my wife used this on her elbow in constant vibration mode at 113 degree heat, it worked for three and a half hours. I bought it for my knee and it really helped. Also, if you have a charger for a modern smartphone (at least 2.1A) it takes less than three hours to recharge from being fully drained.

The concept for these is really good. They strap on very easily and are pretty comfortable. However, they don't stay in place, and the heating element does not remain close to the skin, so they are less effective than they should be. They would probably be more effective if there was a velcro strap that went across the middle to ensure that the heating will element stay in contact with your skin while in use.
