Q: Do the gold cuffs attach to the veil

This simple Goddess gown, is really nice, for the price. Simply reference the description....while the veils are 'attached', the 'cuffs' are not included, so no they do not attach.

Q: 4'11 and 105 lbs. is the small too big?

I would probably go by the bust, and hip measurements more, since the waist is empire and a hem is easier to take in than a bust. I see most of the comments are about it being long, so that seems to be the most likely issue for you. Most of the people who commented said they just trimmed off the bottom.

Excellent

I read a lot of good reviews before buying this costume. It does not disappoint. I really can't fault it. I am 5'7", size 10, and the medium is a perfect fit and length..it could have been made for me! The accessories don't look like solid gold close up admittedly, but they do the job for dressing up, and could be modified if something more expensive looking is required. It's a lovely outfit, and not expensive for what you get.

pretty amazing for Christmas time

First of all, I received my order on the day it was promised, pretty amazing for Christmas time. Also, I was extremely happy with the quality of this dress and certainly would recommend it to anyone. I hope to wear it to a Christmas fancy dress party at a jazz club I run. Thanks everyone and Merry Christmas.

exactly as expected

Exactly what I expected. Velvety material and not bad quality for fancy dress. I won't be wearing the headdress though - not quite sure what to do with it and it is all crumpled and a bit tacky.
