If you’re looking for an inexpensive costume accessory that doubles as a great conversation starter, this Harry Potter wand is it. I occasionally find it lying around my office, and of course, I can’t resist trying my hand at the Summoning Charm — Accio coffee, anyone? (Still waiting…)Tried Lumos a few times too, but either I’m not saying it right, or my wand’s on a permanent vacation. Either way, it’s a ton of fun and definitely brings a little magic to the daily grind.

My 6-year-old grandson recently became a fan of Harry Potter. For Christmas he asked for a wand. He is still in the stage where he easily breaks things so a fancy one was out of the question. This did the trick quite well. It is a decent size and decently sturdy.
