Yes! The Greater Goods blood pressure monitor uses Bluetooth to sync with the free Balance Health App for unlimited tracking. Ensure your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0+, the app is updated, your phone is awake, and the app is open.

Q: Which arm should I use, and how tight should the cuff be?

For the most consistent results, use the same arm each time you measure. The digital blood pressure cuff should feel snug but comfortable—just tight enough to slide a thumb underneath. Need a different size? We offer cuffs and support to help!
