Update 10/2/25- Great customer service from James, he instantly contacted me based on my review comments, within days he had sent a new pack out for me to try on a normal wax melter rather than on the log burner which he doesn’t recommend, the scent was so much better, the house smelt lovely. Cannot really snell them when they are on top of the log burner

Overpriced. The actual scent is fleeting, you’re then left with an awful burning plastic smell after 5 minutes.
