While its neat its worthless most of the games are repeats Cannot add or remove games what so ever, considering the cheapness of the product would expect no refund just because thats how i would see the seller as, especially if your not able to add or remove games, Im in the us i dont want japan games wont understand wtf is being said anyways. PICTURE QUALITY IS TRASH.

great way to jump into those old school games we all loved as a child.Note : that sometimes it freezes up and has to be unplugged to be restarted......also jumping is slightly delayed in super mario brothers , making it harder to play that it really use to be...

I have ordered several for family members. It takes a few to get used to the menu. So many old school awesome games. Upscaled to 4k with tv. Graphics is what the game originally came with. That is the fun of it. Value for the money because the controllers are great.

Locks up frequently. Have to unplug the power multiple times to try to get it started again. Most games won't load. Very poor quality.

Dislike it doesn’t work I will be returning it .far as Amazon always satisfied with the arrival date and customer service.
