I loooove this thing!I read in bed almost every night. I used to have to pile up a bazillion pillows and constantly rearrange them because they would shift or settle. And then, what to do with your arms?No more. This thing is very firm, but not hard, and fits my back perfectly. I don't feel like I'm slumped forward and I don't have to add pillows for support.The armrests are held on by a wide strap and strong velcro, no issues with them moving around. I like that they are removable because sometimes I work or answer emails in bed at night and I can remove them to make room for my laptop desk. They are just a little high for me (I'm 5'2) but it's miles better than not having them at all. They're very firm as well so I can lean on them comfortably.There are pockets on the sides for your remotes, glasses, tablet, whatever.The headrest can be detached from the top if, like me, you prefer to have it supporting your neck.Lastly, the covers zip off all the pieces so you can wash them. The material is super-soft and luxurious.

While the fabric is soft and sewing seams done well, the back angle is more for gaming or reading a book, but was too-straight inclined sleeping for my comfort.The head pillow is smartly attached with short rope loops, but i wish it was adjustable as the pillow put pressure on the back of my head in a spot that easily triggers my migraines. I would have liked it to rest more behind my neck. But others might not be bothered by it. it is a nice touch that it is attachable and doesn't fall when sit up or move.The foam overall is very very firm. I wish product designers would take the extra step to shave and round off the hard angles, because it really i like the other features. But the arm corners dug into my sides, and putting another baby pillow on top, made my shoulders push up to high, ached by morning.But after three nights of being in pain from the hard foam, I realized at about 4am, that I need to return it regardless the inconvenience. However, upon contacting the company to ask for advice, their customer service impressed me. I will be trying a different pillow of theirs being sent. It felt they actually cared about my comfort.

I purchased this pillow due to a surgery I had. This pillow gave me so much comfort and support. I am tall so it was the perfect height to support my back and the neck roll pillow was a perfect fit.
