C.K Classic C.k 5051 Legend Heavy Duty Edging Shears

I've had other edging shears but nothing as sharp or sturdy as these. They've got a real spring to them and although on the heavier side, are still comfortable for an older lady to use and get really sharp edges to the lawn in next to no time. With these and an excellent half moon edging iron, you'll be good to go.

I have had these for a couple of years now and used them regularly and still not had to sharpen the blade yet. Yes they are heavier than other makes but I think the just shows the build quality,I highly recommend these edging shears

I saw these edging shears recommneded on a specialist website. They are more expensive than most other makes, but the quality is fantastic and they are so easy and comfortable to use. They claim to be self-sharpening, but only time will tell. This is a superb product and good value. The tool is sturdy and the right weight: heavy enough in use keep hang vertically and light enough not to cause arm ache. I would certainly recommend this.

I have quite a large garden with a lot of lawn edges. I have tried using an electric strimmer in the past for the edges but there really is no substitute for using a manual tool.There is no doubt that these shears come at a price but the handels are solid wood, the action is fantastic and the blades are very sharp.I really like to support British manufacturers where I can but the truth is that the Germans produce some of the best steel in the world. I take my hat off to them. Great product!

I bought these after years of buying edging shears in the £20 to £30 price range which stay sharp for about 6 months and after that remain persistently blunt, despite my sharpening attempts.These shears are working well so far and remain sharp.The only downside is that they are on the heavy side.

I work as a professional gardener and use these several times a week. They are a little heavy, but they work perfectly. And quickly get round a lawn. They feel very sturdy and are well worth the high price if you have a large lawn or if you are a Gardener.

These are the best quality edging shears I have bought and I have had a few over 50 plus years of gardening. Very robust blades which are very sharp and have adjustable tension. The sturdy handles are a good length and comfortable to hold. Yes they are quite weighty but personally I find this an advantage as they hold their position better along the turf edge. The price on Amazon with free and very prompt delivery made this purchase very good value.
