READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
I purchased this scooter hoping for a solid commuter, but it’s been nothing but a disappointment. At 205 lbs (plus a 10 lb backpack), this scooter couldn’t handle any hills, despite being advertised to support up to 265 lbs—definitely feels like false advertising. The design is quite heavy, making it a pain to haul up stairs, and the only real pro I found was that it handles curbs well because of its shock absorbers. However, the worst part has been the customer service and return process. Shipping it to me cost $100, which I figured was typical for scooters in this range. But when I realized it wasn't a fit because it couldn’t perform as promised, I decided to return it and was shocked to find I’d have to pay another $100 just to ship it back. They also say in the fine print they “may not” issue a full refund if they find any “imperfections,” meaning I may be out even more money. When I tried discussing the return shipping cost with the company, they stalled the conversation to the point where my options were either to pay for shipping myself or risk missing the return window. If you’re over 200 lbs or live anywhere with hills, I’d recommend looking elsewhere—this scooter won’t work for you. I ended up finding the Hover-1 Journey Max, which is cheaper, handles hills with ease, and is lighter to carry around. Save yourself the hassle and skip this one!PS. I still never got my money back for the 100$ Shipping return. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My son loves it ! !
He rides this more than his new Honda 110cc dirtbike with the BBR conversion kit (white & teal color), not worth the extra $2600, stick with the stock 110cc....him and his best friend ride all over on this scooter and has no issues.....he is 12 and is a skinny kid but his friend isn't and this scooter does just fine......recommend

High quality
Easy to operate, multiple speed settings, im 6'2 and it is the perfect size for me, good breaks, much safer than the e bike I tried out before getting this

Inconsistency at its best.
I love that the scooter goes 25 mph but that only happens if you are on a flat surface or are going down hill. If you are even SLIGHTLY going up the tiniest of inclines(1 inch above flat) you’ll be lucky if you get to 16mph.I’m not a huge fan that you always have to change it to sport mode(the fastest) every time you turn it on. It’s a lot heavier than I’d like but it is very sturdy.

Tons of issues, and customer support is zero help
This thing has caused nothing but problems. The tires are junk, needed to replace them multiple times so far. Then about 3 months into using it the scooter wouldn't stop beeping when it was turned on. I contacted customer support, which takes days to respond, and when they do you get a half answer. Eventually they sent me a part that they think will fix it, but there's no way for me to actually replace the part (I gave up after several hours attempting it, multiple times). They said I could bring it into a shop to fix it and they would reimburse $50, but I'm sure it's going to cost way more, and I'm not even sure it's going to fix the issue. I will never buy another iScooter after all the issues this one has had.
