⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “The Bottle That Changed Everything... Except My Hydration Habits”
So here’s the thing—I bought this BOOST Smart Water Bottle thinking it would usher in a whole new era of health and discipline. Like, this was the purchase. The water bottle to end all water bottles. The sleek black stainless steel. The smart reminders. The double-wall vacuum insulation. I imagined myself waking up, taking a cold sip of perfectly chilled water, and saying things like, “Hydration is a lifestyle, not a choice.”My girlfriend? She saw it and immediately burst out laughing.“Oh great, your water bottle’s smarter than you now.”Fair.Let’s be honest: Did this bottle change my life? Yes.Did it make me drink more water? …Not exactly.Technically, it does everything it promises. It reminds me to drink water. It keeps my drinks ice cold. It tracks my intake. It wants to help me be better. But I am who I am. Sometimes it glows to remind me and I just look at it like, “You don’t own me.”Other times it lights up and I panic, chug an inch of water, and feel like I deserve a gold medal. But here’s where it really shines—OrangeTheory. You walk in with this bottle and suddenly everyone wants to talk to you.“Whoa, is that the smart one that glows?”“Does it sync with your phone?”“Can it tell me why I keep coming to these classes voluntarily?”I’ve had deeper conversations about this bottle than I’ve had on some first dates. One lady straight-up took a photo of it to show her husband. Another guy asked if it could be used as a makeshift lantern during power outages. I didn’t even know that was a concern people had, but now I kinda hope the lights go out just so I can try it.Now back to my girlfriend—she roasts me every time it lights up.“Better do what your bottle says,” she mocks, sipping from her non-smart bottle like some analog caveman. And yet… every time I leave the room, guess who “just happens” to grab it and take a swig? Yeah. That’s what I thought. In conclusion:✅ Keeps water cold longer than my attention span.✅ Looks sleek and futuristic—10/10 for style points.✅ Starts more conversations than a puppy wearing sunglasses.✅ Girlfriend thinks it’s hilarious, but secretly impressed.❌ Still mildly dehydrated because apparently reminders don’t override laziness.✅ 100% recommend to anyone who wants to look like they have their life together, even if they don’t.Would I buy it again? Absolutely.Would I use it correctly this time? …Let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

Tracking your activity changes your habits
WaterH Boost reminds me a lot of the original Fitbit. At first it seemed silly to track your steps or water intake, but then you see that measuring your activity changes your habits and that's when you appreciate the product most. You can use the Boosts screw on cap with any similar size bottle of your choice without losing any of the functionality. All of the tracking and electronics are in the cap. Integrates with Fitbit app. The latest app update on Android is great. You can customize the reminder times, change the LED color and pulse effect. The 32oz bottle is very large, but that might be what people want for the gym or hiking, the 24oz would probably be better for the car or everyday use. Like I said you can put the lid on any similar size bottle, maybe even your current favorite bottle. My only cons are that the tracking doesn't work for any thicker drinks like smoothies or coffee with cream. I use it for water, sports drinks, lemonade and tea. It does help you drink more.

Works but not motivating
I bought this because i’m breastfeeding and I have 3 kids under 4 and i’m really struggling with staying hydrated. I thought seeing the percentage of my goal water intake on the bottle would motivate me to drink more. I think on the first day it did, but now i’m on day 3 and I’ve already stopped paying attention to it. Something I didn’t think about is that I usually buy straw water bottles and this one has to be tilted up to drink, so that might be the reason that i haven’t been drinking more. Overall it is a good water bottle, great color and design and does what it’s supposed to do, but I just don’t think it motivated me to drink more. I took off a star because the 32 oz won’t fit in standard cup holders in the car, which is frustrating.

Just what we needed!
I purchased this for my MIL who just had a stem cell transplant and also has stage 3 kidney failure. Doctors always telling her she has to drink more. We’ve only been using this bottle for a few days but it’s been a game changer. It’s almost become a game for her, to check how much of her goal she’s completed and pushing herself to go past the goal. Only con is the fact that I can’t see her progress when I’m at work because the phone/app has to be super close to the bottle for the app to show updates. That part is counterproductive for what I had hoped for. May look into a higher priced bottle to see if I can find one with that functionality but for now, I highly recommend.

Cool bottle
I didn’t know that this bottle existed! My sister kept talking about it so when I found it, I bought it for her birthday. She loves it. She says that it helps remind her to drink more water while minding her business. 😂
