Nice fork, weight is adequate but should be heavier to handle large roasts

I bought this for the grill and it is just what I wanted. I don’t think it’ll bend, don’t have a dishwasher but bet it is dishwasher safe, I have no idea what it would have cost if I’d bought it elsewhere.

This solid stainless steel 11-inch carving fork will do the job. The curvature in the fork and tines area makes this fork work efficiently, and the finger depressions on the bottom of the steel handle will help support your grip. I gave it four stars because in the advertisement it states that the fork has no rough edges, the edges may not be rough, but the inside surface of the tines are extremely rough. My main issue is the points on the fork are completely flat, (at least mine was) they are not sharply pointed like most high quality carving forks. Photo: the Browne Carving Fork is on the right.

Works perfectly for my purpose. I'm used to a meat fork with a wooden handle but this is just fine.

This fork is one-piece and easy to handle. I use it for every cooking chore in my kitchen - meat cutting, serving spaghetti noodles - wouldn't be without it!
