I have had a home gym for many years, and it took me a long time to utilize all of the equipment that was included with it. However now as an intermediate lifter, I needed more. You could do an endless amount of exercises with this one piece of attachment. Overall, the quality was great, very strong, and durable with a portable and functionable design. It had a knurled grip which made it easy to hold onto it and not slip during exercise if you're sweating. Overall, I would highly recommend this attachment for everyone and I would highly recommend you purchase it if you're looking for accessories to add to your home gym.

Great knurling! Wasn't expecting anything great with these, but the kurling is really good. Pretty sharp/aggressive, like I like it! Has the feel of a power bar.
