Ok so I was a little skeptical about these balsa sheetsThey came and felt a littleFlimsy so I was nervous to use my blazer on them but they cut amazingly!They’re easy to craft withCheap to buy

Good quality balsa wood sheets. I bought the 1/16" which is very thin, but surprising strong. Still have to be a little careful with the sheets since they are thin, but can handle them fairly normally and not have to worry about them being broken. The 1/16" sheets do need to be mounted to something when finished though, which was fine since I was just using them to add dimension to a flat wood plank. The wood grain is great too, very nice sheets!

Awesome little thin wood boards for crafts! Great functionality and good size.

As good as you can expect from a product shipped in a plastic bag. The bag is vulnerable to taking damage that causes the balsa wood corners to get slightly rounded/warped by bumping and handling during packing and shipment process. Exterior surfaces that make contact with the bag were slightly marred and dirty but in between the sheets they were clean and perfectly true. Thickness is good, cuts extremely easily with exacto blade with the grain. Cutting against the grain is not very clean with the tools I have. I don’t know how to cut balsa wood cleanly against the grain, but I don’t care, because my project is DIY spacing shims, not artwork. Extremely lightweight but still works sturdy enough for my application of squeezing 5 sheets of 2”x2” square balsa wood sheets together as a shim, squeezed tightly between a wood block and a painted metal surface (of a squat rack). I made four of these shims and tightened the block down on the shims against the squat rack with two big wrenches and 5/8” bolts and washers and the balsa wood is sturdy under pressure not to crush or lose pressure between the wood block and the squat rack beam. It’ll hold forever I think. It’s used to secure an additional pull-up bar I installed on top of my squat rack, and I don’t think it’ll ever move. Great experience working with this balsa material. I would purchase it again.

50 sheet pack of 6"x12" was shipped in only a plastic bag. It was not vacuum sealed and the stack was not banded or secured, so the sheets have room to shift and take small damages to the edges throughout the stack. The outside sheets also have pressure dings from impacts that cardboard would have protected them from.Other than choice of packaging for shipping, I'm happy with the quality of the wood sheets for the price. Dimensions are accurate.

These are great for crafting! Especially miniatures. Very easy to cut and good quality for the price.
