The media could not be loaded. Shipping was fast, I received updates and a call from the shipper to set up convenient delivery time. the box was in very nice condition deliver guy was helpful and knowledgeable made sure the tv worked before he left. The TV it self is amazing, the depth and colors are incredibly im very happy with my purchase,

Very fast shipping. Very nice picture. Sound can be tinny sound like an echo at times depending on volume. Noticeable difference in color and detail from our older tv. This picture pops!

So… I bought a 55” OLED TV for my wife for Christmas on Amazon.com, but it came from someone called Beach Camera. When it came, I mounted it on the wall, etc… and turned it on. There were a few stuck (won’t turn off) pixels in the lower left of the screen and unwatchable - see photo - and I began the return process. Beach Camera spent two days trying to convince me it was a warrantee issue not a return until I involved Amazon and then they finally agreed to the return. Then it took another two days for them to send a shipping label during which they tried to convince me to take money ($175 on a $1,400 purchase) in lieu of a return. I refused, got the shipping label and sent it back.Yet Beach Camera was not done.Over a day after Fedex confirmed Beach had received the TV, they had not contacted me, so I contacted them. At this point they claimed I had returned another TV, not the one they sent! So they would not issue a refund at all!! This went on for a couple more days until I contacted Amazon and got a full refund.We bought a replacement at a big box store and the 55” OLED Sony is a quality product that does everything we want.Lessons learned:- DO NOT BUY from Beach Camera. You have been warned.- Amazon stood behind the purchase and refunded my money. A good assurance to have, although a hassle.- Check out the big box stores, same price and no hassles.So:Zero Stars - Beach Camera - DO NOT BUY from them.Four Stars - Sony – Quality product but took one star off for having Beach Camera as a retailer.Four Stars – Amazon – Stood behind me, although a week’s worth of hassle.Overall 2 stars.

The tv is superior in picture and sound quality. The included wall mount was easy to install.This company shipped quickly and was responsive to a problem. I would purchase from them again.

We ordered another one of these after cracking the screen accidentally on our first one. This TV is really fantastic: picture and audio are top notch. We received our second one within 26 hours of ordering it!!! Also, the bundled warranty covered the damaged tv. We are very satisfied with this purchase and seller.

Don’t buy these Google Sony tv’s. They don’t work. The operating system in the tv does not work well. Commands just ignored. Remote doesn’t work. Won’t change channels, won’t turn off or on, freezes. Totally disappointing despite its beauty.

I did not activate any subscriptions or evil google tv. I use it strictly as a video monitor. I use the one high speed in tour and use an AV receiver for switching inputs. Setup was a breeze. However there is no instruction manual per se. Y
