Works well. Height adjustment tool is from bottom of case (4mm). Included wiring makes install quick. I’m using laser-GRBL on a arduino cnc shield. Uses less amps than indicated. Mine uses less than 2A.No eyewear included so please get some.

It features adjustable focal length via a set screw on the mount, multiple cables, and an enclosure designed for Air Assist compatibility. While the case is labeled as 80W, the actual output power is accurately specified at 10W. This laser is an excellent choice for beginners due to its ease of use and versatility. I have yet to set it up on my Genmistu 4040 pro CNC but it should work for that CNC until I am able to get a dedicated laser rail system.

Would not connect, focus or work properly. I asked for help and received instructions to change lens. I followed instructions but screws were stripped and fell out. Amazon offered to replace item and when I decided to do that, they rescinded the offer and told me to return it instead. I really wanted it to work but Amazon made the final decision to have me return it. Sorry to seller. I tried.

THis was a good price, and it seemed like it would be easy to fit with existing engravers. I could not make it work on a very common model. I would have had to drill extra holes and make several adjustments. It wasn't worth my time to do all that. I just ordered a new module from the same company as my engraver.

Yes, I bought a “80 watt” laser for $170 not looking at all the details first. It’s actually a 10 watt output yet through whatever sorcery the power gets increased immensely to engrave glasses with 1,250/mm speed and 80% power.

Wow - it even delivers true 10W optical power. Amazing for that price.

Ok, I don't normally write reviews but building my grbl/cnc shield CNC i added this laser and Christ it's a beast. 2600mm at 60% it was still blasting through soft wood ~5mm thick into my spoil board. And my first use with it cut such a fine outline it was like I used a scalpel... FYI: It's loud, especially when the compressor turns on so it's worth just having unplugged when not in use but for this price, what i received exceeded any and all expectations.
