This tool is amazing for chopping of course, can knock out a batch of pico de gallo in a couple minutes. Cleanup is a breeze. Noticed the last time I used it there were bits of plastic from the handle in the chopped yellow bell pepper. Looked for some kind of adjustment but couldn't find one. Just be cautious when using.

Not very great for the bulk of item that need to be prepared in a high volume kitchen, but works ok. Have to use too much force to dicer things such as onions and carrots.

Great piece of equipment. I used it for the first time yesterday. Boy ,did it save me a lot of time. I want to add the wedger in time . Definitely worth the money spent. So easy to clean also.
