Q: Does this have ports to connect a subwoofer?

Yes, There are RCA outputs, the subwoofer port is a single jack so you may have to get a Rca Y Connector (1x Male to 2xFemale) to run to your amp

Q: Does this have built it steering wheel controls?

My car is a 2006 model year so it’s analog controls. All I had to do was connect the K1 and ground wires on the XTRONS harness to the steering wheel control wire and ground on my vehicle specific harness adapter. If your car is newer it may be necessary to buy an adapter. XTRONS does not provide one. You can buy at Crutchfield or BestBuy, or here on Amazon. Best of luck with your install.
