The lid came with leaked out shampoo. Fortunately the plastic wrap contained it. But the lid doesn’t work, I have to take it off. Besides that- easy to use, deposits a nice shiny red on my naturally red hair. Subtle on natural hair. I have some highlights that it deposits into moreso.
